Propensity-to-Buy (P2B): Using HANA and SQLScript to develop the application with HANA views for P2B data with master tables and actual bookings. It also generates metrics for comparisons between P2B plan numbers vs actual bookings per customer. Using Tableau to display the next quarter potential products and amounts that each customer can probably purchase from Cisco for various Sales organizations at different regions and hierarchy levels. It also displays the delta metrics between planning numbers and actual bookings with graphical formats. Developed the HANA base views for custom Geo Territory mapping for CIE group.

Audit of Enterprise Agreement: created metrics to capture and monitor the daily activities from main tables or views using HANA Calculation views, stored procedures, and functions. The daily metrics are compared with (1) yesterday’s metrics and (2) the average metrics of prior days, any metric with greater value than the threshold percentage will be displayed as a warning. The daily metrics can identify outliers. Above three daily comparisons keep Enterprise Agreement data integrity and detect and identify any potential issue early so it can be fixed before affecting the larger population down the line with customers.

1. HANA Developer: Created HANA views using HANA Studio tool. Combined views with Scalar Functions, Table Functions, and Procedures to achieve desired results with additional functionality. These HANA views retrieving real-time data which are consumed by (i) BO Webi for Corporate Credit to retrieve Sales, Billing, and Finance Documents and (ii) AngularJS for Board Supply Planning to retrieve Material and Supply planning.2. Employed SAP BI/BW and BEx to provide numerous flexible financial reports on Web Portal for analysts to analyze cost and P&L data. Replaced SAP IP with NW BPC for planning. Worked closely with senior management to provide financial reports. Supported management in areas including Tax, External Reporting, and Corporate Finance Group.
