With over 17 years of experience in RNA biology, functional genomics, and gene therapy, I am passionate about harnessing the power of RNA and genetic medicines to find better treatments for patients with unmet medical needs.I have contributed to the successful completion of early research and preclinical projects, securing over $160M in funding from top-tier investors and partners, built strong IP portfolios and crafted R&D strategy for rare genetic diseases. I also trained and managed more than 30 scientific personnel in my team. I have also published over 20 papers in high-impact journals, filed over 13patents, and received multiple honors and awards for my work. I am always looking for new opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and advance the field of RNA targeting, genetic medicines, AI mediated target & drug discovery.
