According to the 2000 population census in Mongolia, one out of every five persons is aged between 15-24 years. Because youth make up a substantial part of society and because they have their own concerns and opinions, it is important that they are given the opportunity to fully participate in the development of their generation and country. They are the driving force of society and their involvement is important in contributing to the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. The UN in Mongolia acknowledges the strategic importance of youth and coordinates their contributions towards meeting the MDGs through the Youth Advisory Panel (YAP). In this ToR the main objectives and ways of working of the YAP are outlined. Our organization is established in 2006 upon the united decision of children and youth organizations in Mongolia while being fit into the interest of leadership and structure of UN Mongolia representative agencies as well as it is in the framework of strategic decision made by voice of world youth. In 2008, it became YAP besides UN in order to solve the issues and problems facing children and youth of Mongolia. Our organization is willing to send me on behalf of all the members organizations in UN YAP. It is therefore to expand the foreign relationship and exchange the experience, practice and initiatives of foreign youth organizations. People age of youth comprises 60-65% of Mongolian population where I am one of them willing to combine our voices actively with the youth of world in order to contribute ourselves to the solution toward global warming, natural disasters, millennium development goals in order to create network of youth organizations throughout the world. We do not have any youth organization of government which leads us to the demand of government strategy and implementation plan and financial combination of system to satisfy the needs of youth.
