My journey in the real estate industry began in 2003, and over the years, I have worn many hats—loan closing specialist, loan processor, underwriter, appraiser, and real estate agent. With a deep passion for data analysis, I am constantly honing my expertise in market conditions and trends, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients. As a data storyteller, I love making sense of the numbers and helping people understand how both broader market trends and hyperlocal factors impact their real estate decisions.I recently completed a year and a half working as an appraiser in the Wasatch County Assessor's office, further expanding my understanding of the market from a mass appraisal, county-wide perspective. However, I am now transitioning fully into real estate sales, where I believe I can make the most impact.
