Legal Administrator
CurrentWorking on behalf of our client, a member of the Legal 500 and top ranked in Chambers law firm Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP. I have had the pleasure of working across four of our UK based offices, getting involved in not just routine administrative tasks, but other projects as well including aiding in and promoting a clear desk and paper-lite vision to the wider firm. I have been directly involved in two different departmental changeovers, and have also been seconded to help the Risk team with client inception queries and TSL checks. Working with the Risk team encourgaed me to further my CPD and I subsequently gained professional qualifications in Data Protection and Safeguarding. I work closely with many people on all levels of the firm and with the wider Intelligent Office community. Additionally, I was selected as the point of contact for the firm to catalogue and prepare internal fiscal reports for all work that came in to the firm via the legal network Multilaw, of which Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP is one one the ninety members worldwide. For the past two consecutive years I have ensured that the firm has garnered the most reported referrals, the results of which are presented at the Multilaw AGM.More recently, I have got involved with the diversity committee and help them with creating educational and training material which is put onto our internal training portal for all colleagues to access.
