- Follow-up on goals and plans from the Business Excellence Director.- Preparing the audit schedule for the internal audit team.- Determination of the weekly working order and work plans of the team.- Monthly collection and reporting of necessary data from other departments to the Business Excellence Director to complete the KPI process.- Informing about internal audit and customer experience in orientations.-Ensuring the fulfillment of the Business Excellence Director's plans in line with the KPI goals of the loyalty program.

- Audits the Lujo Operations Departments in accordance with the Lujo Operational Brand Standards Checklist and audit schedule.- Checks during the daily operation (on the job) that the operation departments specified in the Operating Procedure provide the most accurate service to the guest in line with Lujo Hotel Brand Standards.- Documents and reports the results of the assessments.- Informs the Internal Audit & CRM Manager as a result of detected unsuitability.- Ensures that the Regulatory and Preventive Action Minutes are kept and the actions taken are followed up and reported.
