*Supporting the factory by providing the Factory Leader and the Factory Leadership Team with financial insights and meaningful decision support whilst influencing and challenging key decisions. *Providing facts and figures related to the financial performance of the factory focusing on factory costs and balance sheets. Focus areas on costs include material usage, direct, indirect factory costs, depreciation and supply chain cost including warehousing and logistics costs; while on the balance sheet includes inventory and fixed assets.* Identifying process gaps/lapse, propose and implement process improvements at the factory.*Supporting analysis of the financial performance of the factory with FP&A, conclude key drivers, share the analysis with the factory leadership team and/or the regional OSCO controlling team in monthly OSCO review meetings, translate analysis into possible actions for improvements*Preparing for monthly OSCO management review, lead financial performance discussion in review meetings, conclude action plan, follow up, steer factory leadership team to deliver.*Raising and managing CAPEX approvals, allocation, monitor, track and ensure CAPEX is within a spend*Ensuring factory financials are accurate, compliance with Accounting principles and policies*New product costing*Analyzing production volumes, production losses, expense budget variances*Analyzing production volumes, purchase price variances, raw material, production losses, expense budget variances*Budgeting activities and other ad-hoc reports*Control BOM and release product costing in SAP*Provide financial and analytical support and serve as a key business partner to the Plant Manager and Plant Management*Budget controlling of RM inbound costs (Transport-Freight overland,warehousing handling, storage ), physical distribution costs (outbound freight,intersite transportation), direct order handling , fp storage cost and other logistics costs
