As the Marketing Team Leader at AIESEC, the largest youth-led organization in the world, I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the organization's mission, values, and goals. I work with a diverse and dynamic team of marketing enthusiasts, who share my passion for social impact and youth empowerment. Together, we create engaging and innovative campaigns that reach and inspire millions of young people around the globe. I am also a Political Science and Public Administration student at Kocaeli University, where I learn about the political, social, and economic issues that affect our society and the world. I am interested in how marketing can influence public opinion, behavior, and policy, and how it can be used for positive change and social good. I have more than a year of experience in sales and marketing, both as a team member and a team leader, at AIESEC. I have developed skills such as market research, data analysis, content creation, social media management, and event planning. I have also contributed to multiple projects that aimed to increase the awareness, reach, and impact of AIESEC's programs and initiatives, such as the Global Volunteer, Global Talent, and Global Entrepreneur opportunities. I am a motivated, creative, and collaborative leader, who values diversity, innovation, and learning. I am always eager to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and expand my network. I am looking for opportunities to grow as a marketing professional and a social leader, and to make a difference in the world through my work.
