• Developing a national database for programs offered to Departments of Corrections for prisoners. Database development to track prisoners, locations, course completions, institutional documentation of participation, transfer to other prisons, as well as reports related to prisoners. Responsible for training former prisoners in the use of the application.• Reporting directly to the founder of the organization. Gathered and documented requirements, built the data systems based on expressed needs.• Moved application and Database from the local environment to Amazon EC2 Services which allows application and database access from remote prison locations.
