The Mongolian Association of Securities Dealers (MASD) mutual benefit non-governmental organization - "Монголын Үнэт Цаасны Арилжаа Эрхлэгчдийн Холбоо (МҮЦАЭХ) ГҮТББ" in Mongolian - was established in 1995 and is the first Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) recognized by the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC) of Mongolia. As of 2023, the Association has 84 members (capital market institutions) and works to promote the development of Mongolia’s capital market. The FRC issued a resolution on December 9, 2020, to enable the regulatory framework for the OTC market in Mongolia, making MASD legally in charge of overseeing its operations. Currently, MASD operates the largest OTC debt market in the country by capital raised.http://www.masd.mn/The Over-the-Counter (OTC) Market of Mongolia is a decentralized trading marketplace where participants trade securities directly with one another, bypassing the oversight of traditional stock exchanges. This market operates without a physical location and facilitates trading on a platform, leveraging a network of broker-dealers.

Recruited to manage the Chamber’s overall management, its financial status and staff. Brought in over HK$100,000 worth membership fees and sponsorship.*Organised, hosted and MC-ed the events: Visits of Mongolian President Elbegdorj Tsakhia, Prime Minister Amarjargal Rinchinnyam, other members of the Parliament, and business leaders to Hong Kong*Led the membership and sponsorship team; and welcomed and sourced new business opportunities from Mongolia by working closely with members to develop new initiatives within the Chamber in Hong Kong.

Got exposed to market rates, value, revenue contribution per client to the office, recovery rates and other client exposures.I have gained extensive knowledge and experience of servicing large and medium sized public and private clients in railway, telecommunication, real estate, banking, insurance and mining sectors. In addition, organised all major corporate events of PwC /80-200 people/, and represented PwC at public events such as MEF, AIESEC Mongolia, and other conferences.AWARDS: Recognition for outstanding work on Consolidation of Financial Statements of a Client.

Recruited as the third founding member of the organisation to oversee overall business development, board of directors, and recruiting. Raised initial capital of US$5,000, recruited members and volunteers, and organized a case competition about the effects of the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) where its results were adopted by one of the biggest Danish parties. Økonomer Uden Grænser (ØUG), also known as the Economists Without Borders in English, is a non-profit organization consisting of economic students, who give voluntary economic and financial consultancy aid to human aid organizations or projects. Affiliated with the Department of Economics at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, the organization is, in addition, a forum for people who owe an interest in development economics. Currently, the organization has 25 active volunteers and over 450 members.
