McInnis is a new cement company that began in 2018 in Port Daniel (Gaspésie) the operation of the largest and most modern cement plant in Canada. The company developed a unique network of marine terminals to supply the markets of Montreal, Toronto, New York and Boston/Providence- Led major ramp up and game changing turnaround of company with strong focus on operational and financial performance as well as employee’s engagement.-2020 achievements: despite Covid19 crisis, completed $29M of capex on time and on budget, increased production by 21% and sales by 33 %, improved EBITDA by a record CAD $61M.-Was instrumental to the negotiation and implementation of an innovative joint venture company including all assets of McInnis Cement and Votorantim Cement North America (VCNA), transaction concluded in April 2021.

CRH Canada (formerly known as Holcim and its Dufferin / Demix brands ) is a leading building materials, construction and environmental services company with operations spanning across Canada and northern USA. Revenues of CAD 1,7 billion. 3700 employees- Rebuilt stronger Leadership team and saved $9M by centralizing and streamlining key functions such as HR, Safety and Environment. - Led in 2015 the successful merger of Holcim Canada into CRH from initial valuation to full integration, including roadshows, negotiations with competition authorities, rebuilding and streamlining of IT and most support functions. Integration was completed within 6 months with zero disruption and while maintaining high employee engagement. Transaction of CAD 1,8 billion. - Worked with new owners to revise company strategy and delivered five acquisitions ($80M) within 18 months (CRH), won $750M in new projects by positioning Holcim Canada in large Public Private Partnerships (PPP) construction projects (Holcim).- Reset company customer focus by rolling out customer centricity culture, enhancing customer digital experience and leveraging CRM tools. Complete P&L responsibility for 5 business units: Cement, aggregate, ready-mix concrete, construction and environmental service.- led major operational and cultural turnaround that generated a 37 % EBITDA increase in 7 years.- Expanded footprint of company through 3 acquisitions in ready mixed concrete, sand, asphalt and construction.- doubled the size of Demix Construction Division in Montreal (from CAD 50M to 100M) and expanded its scope from concrete pavement to an integrate business including asphalt and bridge construction- improved significantly the company culture by building up stronger management team, developing talent pipeline and communicating broadly about the need for change with all layers of the organization. Resulted in top employee engagement score and a 90 % reduction in lost time injuries over 6 years.

Cement industry is a major user of fossil fuels for its production process. Led the development of the Geocycle waste recycling business from start up in 1994 to European leadership position in 2006, expanding it from 1 to 4 EU countries and from 3 to 40M EUR and raising profitability to an 80 % EBITDA margin- Built a new integrated organization of 150 people covering 4 countries and consolidating sales, operations and support function- Delivered a EUR 22M capex plan to implement new recycling technologies and increase treatment capacity on 3 pre-treatment plants.-As founding member and President of EUCOPRO, the European Association for Waste Co-Processing in Cement Kilns, successfully led a European lobbying coalition between the cement and waste pre-treatment industries to keep European Union borders open and to foster use of alternative fuels in cement kilns.

- Aggressively grew the business from EUR 8M to EUR 25M in 3 years by creating commercial team covering 4 countries, optimizing waste flows across countries and developing waste recycling contracts with 3rd party cement companies to absorb excess waste volumes available on the market.- Ensured continued access to waste markets through marketing initiatives, external communications, successful lobbying and legal actions at European and national level (Belgium, Netherlands and Germany).
