I continued my duties originated at L.E.A.D.S. after the purchase by CEI and the creation of the CEI Phoenix office. I aided in the integration of CEI CAD standards and IT requirements while the Phoenix office was in operation. As the economy worsened I took on more responsibilities as employees were laid off until the Phoenix office was closed in 2009. I moved to Bentonville, AR to continue my career after a year and a half hiatus. Since moving to Bentonville I have been made Corporate CAD Trainer. The Corporate CAD Trainer creates and maintains the company's CAD standards and trains new hires in these standards. I also evaluate new software and make recommendations for software purchases. I am involved with interviewing and making hiring recommendations. I maintain my design skills by managing one of our client accounts as well as being utilized in high profile projects that need an experienced hand.

Continued entitlements for Osco Drug Stores. I also worked with Albertson's Grocery Stores, CVS Drug Stores, and Eckerd Drug Stores. We were involved in many commercial developments throughout the Phoenix area. I was given the opportunity to manage projects at this time as well. This gave me the experience in presenting projects before City Council and Zoning Hearing Officers as well as neighborhood groups. I created the CAD standards for the company and aided in the hiring process for the CAD staff until the company was purchased by CEI Engineering. I was the IT department for L.E.A.D.S. and maintained the network as well as the email system. In addition, I also maintained our company web site.

At Fortney Associates I continued my work with Entitlements for Osco Drug Stores and Lucky Grocery Stores. I was placed in the position of CAD manager.
