My WHY As an experienced HR manager in the automotive supply industry and personal performance coach, I experience the pressure that leaders are facing every day. Expectations to perform well, meet key figures, create change and at the same time successfully lead their own team (often remotely) are just a few topics. However, the necessary tools to successfully meet these challenges are often missing. Especially now, when the rules and frameworks are changing faster than ever before. The result: excessive demands, stress, coupled with loss of performance and demotivation. I am convinced that those who can lead themselves well, have the necessary tools and really make the best use of their own potential will be more successful and, above all, stronger in shaping the future. Actually, quite simple, and yet not easy: Strengthened leadership = strong teams = strong companies.What I DO:As a coach and consultant, I support leaders (disciplinary AND lateral) to lead themselves and others better. I support to reduce stress and pressure, to develop talents in their teams and to meet daily leadership challenges successfully. I am a big fan of positive leadership – something that is reflected in the way I work. I support HR departments in optimizing their hiring processes so that they get the right talents on board. In addition, I am a sparring partner for the exchange between HR and HR at eye level. (Because in my experience, this is so often lacking inhouse).
