I am Katharina, mother, and manager at one of the top companies in the world. My working mode and leadership qualities can be described as an "assertive protagonist" and "explorer", so naturally curious. But how does that manifest itself?I feel particularly comfortable in complex situations with many unknowns. I quickly develop a sense for the initial situation and framework conditions so that I can take an early direction or course. Deep understanding is important here and I don't like to dwell on things for long. In a professional context, if the situation requires it, I therefore take on a key leadership role with a vision and gradually build up the necessary structures with a dedicated team. I always remain grounded with detailed operational issues while keeping focus on the bigger strategic picture.On a personal side, I currently reside in Germany but consider Peru my second home. Peru is a country that could not be more different from Germany in some ways but also shares similar cultural values. So there are two hearts beating inside me. Running is my medium for being creative and time as well as priorities are the most crucial factor in my life when it comes to make decisions.
