With 25 years of work experience in IT, I have always focused on bridging the gap between the business areas and IT. To achieve this, I use my analytical mindset and strong structured/conceptional thinking, and my deep understanding of business requirements. I am open, honest, an outcome-oriented team manager and team player, with the ambition to solve problems holistically. I have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, working as project manager/product manager/business analyst for global IT systems supporting MSD's clinical supply chain of manufacturing and packaging, from troubleshooting to innovation of solutions, and among other things ensuring the systems meet operational, quality and regulatory requirements. I also contribute a diverse perspective from having worked in various sectors, including telecommunications, industry, transport, finance, and public service. My experience spans project/change/crisis management, data migration, testing, GMP, regulations, SAP, ERP, MES, reporting, SQL, applications, databases, networks, hardware, and much more. And I delight in working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
