Currently, I'm working on student housing at CSU San Bernardino.

I worked on two multi-family projects and one senior housing project. The multi-family projects were 1 Henry Adams in San Francisco and Columbia City in Seattle, Washington. My role was to help a large team create design development documents for both projects. The senior housing project was in Beijing, China, and was one of the first of its kind. My role was to help a large team create Schematic Design documents, and help with rendering and design of the project exterior.

As a project Architect, I coordinate consultants, clients, and contractors, make presentations to the clients, design and perform code analysis on projects, detail, negotiate contracts, and oversee construction contract administration. If I were asked what my greatest skill was, it would be hands down, my ability to analyze design alternatives based on code and construction limitations.

At DB+P, designers have their hands in every aspect of the projects. In many ways, I was the project manager for my project architect for my projects in that I had a hand in the designs, and did a great majority of the detailing, planning, client, and consultant coordination. I had a fantastic mentor named Kevin Wilcock who generally had a hand in the work but also took care of all client and consultant contracts.

I worked as a designer and design manager on primarily corporate interiors and architecture. I also worked on high end multifamily residential projects.
