∙ Responsible for the availability and reliably of internal IT services∙ Work collaboratively with the global IT team to provide business hours incidents and request support to the business∙ Manage multi-OS deployments, administration and support of supported IT services through various platforms including AirWatch, Intune and JAMF∙ Manage LAN and WiFi support of all connected devices∙ Work with 3rd Party vendors∙ Host IT inductions of new employees∙ Leaver and mover of internal employees∙ Create and update process documentation∙ Analyze current processes and infrastructure to ensure it is efficient and effective on a global scale∙ Manage and track all IT assets and inventory∙ Collaborate and contribute on related projects∙ Collaborate with Engineer Team to provide QA testing and feedback on new automations

• Provide networking/desktop support to end users via telephone, e-mail, or on-site• Provide operational management to day-to-day operations and projects• Monitor and manage incoming tickets and troubleshoot or escalate accordingly • Installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and networked peripheral devices• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software• Documenting all pertinent end-user information and procedures taken to resolve issue

• Provide IT support to end-users of proprietary software• Assist CTO with managing network infrastructure • Create and manage all user accounts• Setup and configure desktop computers and phone systems• Assist employees having hardware, software, and networking issues• Manage all IT related projects • Work with Software Developers to test new software enhancements or different versions of company software• Manage and update testing documentation• Asset management including maintaining assets and recycling old assets
