First is technical assistance programme which aims to give technical assitiance to mainly public instituions, NGOs and since 2022 private sector. Second section includes three types of financial support mechanisms. First one is grant programmes which starts with call for propositions and after continues with preliminary review executed by specialists working at Agency. Then continues with financial and technical evaluation of projects by independent evaluators. After that, board of evaluation, secretary general's, board of agency's evaluation and budget revision processes inclueded. At the end, results are announced and sucessful applicants are invited for contracting.Secondly financial support programme which supports financial expenditures of credits used by successful applicants. This programme is executed with partnership of Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş under the coordination of Ministry of Industry and Technology.Feasiblity support Programme is the third one.
