CurrentProject Management of Gasoline & CNG Injectors & Rail.Project Management: Overseeing the execution of component project management for the Gasoline Injection Business Unit in India, ensuring seamless project development from acquisition to series release.Strategic Project Planning: Spearheading the creation of project charters, aligning with stakeholders, and systematically addressing open topics, including risk release documents, audits, and timely closure.Risk Mitigation and Coordination: Taking charge of deviations and risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the execution of mitigation plans while reporting cost impacts and obtaining management decisions and approvals.Financial Oversight: Regularly tracking project efforts and budget, aligning with team leads, and obtaining support/decisions to ensure on-time, on-spec, on-risk, on-budget, on-profit (EBIT), and on-cost project completion.Collaborative Leadership: Actively participating in project management documentation through IDN collaboration, coaching and mentoring colleagues in product development, validation, and customer/supplier engagement, and fostering competency enhancement discussions across team members.
