Owner and Executive Director of my own educational consulting business, I have deep experience supporting districts, schools, programs and educators in improving teaching, learning and social and emotional/behavioral supports for all learners. I bring extensive experience and skills to facilitate and support school and district tiered intervention and equitable service improvement initiatives, with a focus on implementing equitable, inclusive and anti-racist policy and practice.I collaborate with state, district and school leadership, teachers and staff on systems and strategies to improve outcomes for all types of learners, including those with learning, SEL and behavioral challenges. I provide effective professional development, technical assistance and coaching in the areas of culturally responsive positive behavior interventions and supports (CRPBIS), multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), restorative practices, and effective strategies to support students with significant learning and behavior challenges. I also conduct research, facilitate participatory program evaluation, and write publications in the fields of CRPBIS, MTSS, and effective intervention strategies for students at-risk for school failure. I am passionate about creating and supporting learning environments that better meet the needs of every learner.
