Responsible for Administration and implementation of Engineering initiatives as directed by the Engineering Director. Oversight of Engineering standards & procedures. Engineering budget development, review and monitoring Coordination of day-to-day issue management involving Engineering resources. Coordination of engineering support for business proposals, quotations, and award contracts. Engineering contractor utilization strategy management, coordination and quality monitoring. Delegate for Engineering Director for Safety and Safeguards Review Committee, Change Control Board, Plan-of-the-Day, etc. Act as Engineering Director during incumbent’s absences.

Responsible for Produce monthly Situation Reports, quarterly indicator reports, annual reports and other narrative reports as assigned by the relevant departments. Overseeing reporting and data quality on Activity Info in an accurate and timely manner. Monitor and ensure accuracy of data collection. Support the implementation and improvement of monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks. Stay overtime when required. Supervising distributing goods where ever needed. Perform any other needed duties as directed by supervisors.

Responsible for Assist in developing lesson plans based on state requirements and the specific needs of each child, especially Kurdish children. Understand the teacher’s routine when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day. Work with children in the classroom to promote their learning and development. Communicate with parents and keep them informed about their child’s development and any changes to the regular day-to-day schedule.
