I am adept at making the trade-off decisions needed to get things done: when to deliver quick wins and when to invest in refactoring, process improvement, and automation; when to blue-sky and brainstorm and when to light fires and ruthlessly focus; when to double down on what’s working and when to cut bait on what’s not.I prefer working in smaller entrepreneurial organizations with cross-functional teams and a collaborative culture rather than strict hierarchies and silos.
