Bulkley Capital is a boutique investment bank and mergers & acquisitions advisor, creating value for middle market clients across multiple industries through effective planning and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and capital placement transactions. We serve as an outsourced corporate development team for our clients, becoming their go-to resource on strategic, transactional and general financial matters.In my role at Bulkley Capital, I interface with executives, owners and boards, advising our clients on acquisitions and capital transactions. I am responsible for the development of corporate development strategy, business case and financial analysis, and communications with internal constituents and external capital sources. I maintain relationships with a wide variety of capital sources as well as leading advisors in other areas of expertise in order to provide clients with the best possible value at every opportunity. Further, I play a key role in business development and marketing for our firm, generating and evaluating prospective client engagements.

I assisted with MBA and other Masters-level courses in the department of Organizations, Strategy, and International Management. I also supported academic research in the field of Organizational Behavior and Conflict.

I was responsible for the Philharmonic's full concert season, including concert production, development and execution of the operational budget, and negotiation with the organization's vendors and musicians. I also managed our education programs, which included the creation and implementation of several initiatives designed at introducing students to complementary art forms.During my time I managed the production of a world co-premiere performance involving over 75 musicians, synchronized video projection and effects. I also served as a key liaison between the musicians, other members of management, board members, donors, and other arts organizations.
