~ Managed annual Corporate Sponsorship, Exhibit and Advertising Sales budget of $662,000 for ACE’s Annual Meeting, which resulted in commitments of over $540,000 in sponsorship, more than $130,000 in exhibit sales and in excess of $17,000 in advertising. Increased overall Annual Meeting revenue by more than 20% since 2013.~ Identified and developed new Annual Meeting sponsorship opportunities, and worked collaboratively with Meeting Services and Marketing to cross-sell sponsorships, advertising, and exhibit space.~ Worked collaboratively with program directors to identify, cultivate, secure and steward corporate support for a wide variety of programs within the Center for Leadership and Lifelong Learning and the Center for Internationalization and Global Engagement, ranging from gifts of $5,000 - $50,000.~ Directed the Executive Search Roundtable program, a special affinity group of higher education search firms that provide general operating support and in-kind expertise for a variety of Leadership programs.~ Launched re-design of Corporate Alliance Program, which provides general operating support, to include enhanced benefits and better serve as ACE’s primary recognition program for all corporate funders.~ Designed new opportunity for current corporate partners to share and demonstrate thought leadership on the ACE website (anticipated launch date Spring 2013).~ Served as primary Advancement liaison on an internal team assisting with preparation, design, and transition to new association-wide CRM tool. Additionally, selected to serve on a cross-departmental marketing team, as well as a search committee.~ Participated in other industry conferences, including EDUCAUSE, which served as a vehicle for corporate partner recruitment.~ Managed one Associate Director and co-managed one Advancement Assistant.
