· Assisted with training, supervising, and supporting the rest of the student orientation team· Managed social media channels to help developing the communication between students and Global Education Office· Engaged incoming international students to feel connected to their peer group and develop a sense of belonging to the SUNY Plattsburgh community· Acted as liaisons between the student team and Global Education Office

· Lived with and mentored new international students· Facilitated administrative orientation to and services from GEO, Student Health Services, RESNET, Chartwells, Residence Life, and the ESL Bridge Program· Made the Summer English Program on-campus floor/suite a livable, safe, fun, and welcoming space for Summer English Program participants· Acted as full-time liaisons between program students and program staffs
