Over an eight year period, the team executed or facilitated over 85 projects, delivered $200 million in project savings and trained employees in continuous improvement techniques in order to sustain project gains in oil and gas production.2017: Master Black Belt for Variance Reduction International; while working for VRI, Baxter led the deployment of the Lean Six Sigma program at two downstream facilities, one in Brazil and the other in the New Orleans area reaching over $2.5 million impact in the first year of deployment. Baxter also acquired his Master Black Belt Certification while working on international assignments for VRI. -
