Wearer of many hats.I am the first point-of-contact assigned to fix any IT problems that the staff or students may face. Technologies used by the school include Windows and Apple laptops, iPads, Chromebooks, Windows desktop computers, printers, web filtering firewalls, and more. Whenever possible, I educate the staff on the nature of the problem and its solution, to increase their technological skills.Other responsibilities include handling account provisioning, deletion, modification, password resets, and permissions management to services. I also research, purchase, and set-up new devices for users, securely wipe and recycle old devices, and other miscellaneous tasks that pop up from time-to-time.

Joined a Platform development team and helped develop features, fix bugs, and write automated unit tests on backend microservice applications for large-circuit cinema management software. Development was in C# .NET. Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) testing was done in SpecFlow in the Gherkin language.Worked with 5 other interns to plan, design, develop, and deploy a statistics web application dashboard from scratch, using live customer data.
