Purchasing Department: Generated purchase orders to maintain and control inventories at five locations with the following vendors: CertainTeed (over $10 million per year), Mid American Vinyl Accessories, Fypon, Afco, Lomanco and others. Maintained and cleared inventory of defective or unacceptable goods and determined corrective action. Monitored shipments to ensure that goods came in on time and resolved problems related to undelivered goods. Found resources to obtain orders through other wholesalers when they were not available through the usual supply chain.
