•Validation Department:Qualification of 1 new acquired machine after receiving it from supplier, participated making a protocol for 1 new acquired machine, mapping temperature in storage area and controlled devices, process validation of many batches including 3 consecutive batches, and get to know more about concept, objective, and procedure of process validation roles and tasks, in addition to the process of qualification, validation, and verification.•Quality Assurance Department:Signed at least 3-line clearance, and reviewed batch records. Analyzed tablets using hardness, friability, disintegration tests. Integrity test for blisters, and torque test for bottles.•Quality Control Department:Performed physical test on tablet medicine such as disintegration and dissolution. Learn how to use PH meter and the fume hood. Learn about fundamentals of using HPLC and done assay test using HPLC.
