Assisted in drafting the national strategy for MIL in Jordan and successfully advocated for its adoption within government, especially the Ministry of Education, after completing pilot program in schools and universities. Adopted a series of measures to ensure free, independent and professional output. Restored public confidence in the public service institution, by ensuring fair coverage of issues that concern the public and representation of individuals, groups and political parties in the Kingdom. Began the process of securing more funds to improve working conditions and skills of the staff, as well as to upgrade the technical abilities of the institution to correspond to international standards.

I was charged with establishing a government communication department and was part of the team led by Deputy PM Dr. Marwan Muasher that drafted The National Agenda – a 10-year comprehensive program for Jordan.

Headed the news team charged with JTV’s 24-hour live coverage of Jordan’s parliamentary elections.
