• Manufactured a rectifier for a next-generation high power voltage converter. Implemented copper heat pipes to ensure thermal integrity under higher current loads.• Utilized ANSYS Icepak to conduct thermal analyses of the fuselage. Determined that a duct system was necessary to sufficiently cool the electronics inside.• Designed and manufactured custom heat sinks for a step-up transformer to enhance heat dissipation.
