It is an on-demand courier service that purchases, picks up, and delivers products ordered through its mobile app. It offers multiple services with food delivery being the most popular offering.Tasks: - I was the contact for Glovo’s top partners in the food category, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership.- Draw and execute plans, making my partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross-selling, and upselling).- Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
