On 31.12.12 I have joined as Branch-In-Charge at Khulna.I have looked after over all activities such as administration, verify clients’ selection & proposal preparation,recommendation for approval,documentation operational activities, monitoring all departments (Lease Finance, Term Loan, Home Loan, Credit Sale Financing, Small Enterprise Financing, Revolving Finance, Project Finance etc.) personals. Taking legal action against concerned parties under NI Act, Arthorin Adalat Ain and other suitable act. Executing of Warrant and maintaining regular co-ordination with Lawyers, local administration and the counter part of the cases. Administering Recovery Agents for realization providing all legal and recovery report to concerned authorities.

Achieving monthly target of loan disbursement and realization as a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) and completion of the necessary task as a CRO. Follow of the functions of other CROs of the respective unit offices and allocation the administration task of the Unit Office. Check the different documents (files, register and maintain petty cash) of Unit Office and administering CROs and Account Assistant (attendance, leave attentiveness to work behavior with customer and to inform authority in order to take action) and communicate or lesion as a Unit In-charge or Manager in that locality with local elates and administration to get different official support.
