Bay is a New York-based Art Director with over 20 years experience in magazine, advertising, web, and book design with a focus on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, literature & art.He began his journey with design as a teenage graffiti artist in Los Angeles, where he became obsessed with color, graphic expression, fonts and typography. After graduating from UC Berkeley, he moved to NYC to follow his passion for magazine design. Working for Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, and other publications, he brought his unique style and aesthetic to the page, eventually expanding into art directing photo shoots and managing design teams.An extension of his design aesthetic, his personal style is wild, colorful and ever-evolving. A musician and an avid surfer on both coasts, Bay lives with his wife and son in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
