Bayezid is Engineering Deputy General Manager in YAPIRAY, and he is also a member of the Executive Board of the company. He started his career as a junior structural design engineer and gained his early experience on the design of steel and reinforced concrete structures, portal frames and industrial buildings. Later on, he's worked in several projects and designed several types of structures; e.g. steel workshops, RC buildings, airport terminals, port/harbour structures, buried structures, C&C tunnels, excavation support systems, contiguous pile walls, pedestrian bridges, railway structures, track superstructures and etc. During this period, he directly communicated with clients and directed groups of young engineers.
