A qualified (Cert IV) Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor. Currently working in group fitness, I am a trainer who thrives on connecting with and engaging people during their workouts and seeing the results they achieve through their hard work and continued effort. Able to motivate, encourage and drive people to reach their own fitness/lifestyle goals with a focus on mental and physical wellbeing, using years of experience both within the fitness industry and my personal life, as well as experience in customer service. I have created a (soon to be) digital wellness platform, Balance By Baylee (BBB), which connects body and mind for a stronger you. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness and place major focus on nourishment of the mind, body and soul. Balance By Baylee will be an online subscription platform, podcast, blog, and of course... a community. As your trainer/ friend/ mentor, I will strive to provide you with the support, motivation and inspiration you need to become your very best self. I am a positive, hardworking person, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible with any given task. I possess excellent communication skills and have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. I enjoy learning new things, diving into new opportunities, and work well under pressure. Currently, I am also completing my Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Journalism and Marketing. This interest was sparked by my 4 year involvement with Miss Universe Australia (as a national finalist), my love for people, creativity and story telling.
