Prepare estimates, contracts and budgets, facilitate cost tracking, scheduling, safety, quality control, coordination, problem solving, and communications for various types of projects including: Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation (initial assessments, monitoring programs, and closure activities), liability assessments, baseline assessments, and site audits. Most work is located in Alberta, though experienced in working across Western Canada and in the Northwest Territories.

• Complete file review, research, data processing and validation, for the following deliverableso Phase I & II ESAs, assembly of reclamation certificate applications, pre-disturbance assessments (PDA), spill assessments and remediation programs for the oil & gas industry and commercial property transactionso Contaminated site risk management reportingo Soil & Groundwater sampling and field screening for monitoring programso Upstream regulatory permitting, stakeholder engagement, baseline work for oil and gas clients (mainly NWT)o EH&S auditing• Use of spatial analysis software (Golden Software; ARC) for visual reporting• Coordinate directly with clients and manage sub-contractors and costs• Preparation of cost estimates• Application of the Ground Disturbance Protocol• Reviewing and interpreting laboratory results• Liaising between regulators, clients and stakeholders for project execution• Coordination of wildlife and environmental monitor recruiting and bookings• Content maintenance of proprietary audit forms and software• Create and review EH&S resource materials and quality management documents

Working directly with EHS Risk Advisor and Compliance Team to implement and maintain the Trans Mountain Expansion Project’s (TMEP) EHS Hazard and Risk Management (HRM) program. Promoting risk reduction and continuous improvement as well as ensure compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations. Provide guidance to EHS teams on risk-related matters and provide effective reporting on hazards and risk management to Project Senior Leadership.

Development, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of internal compliance management system processes and tools to promote risk reduction and continual improvement and effective reporting on operational risks and incidents to Senior Management.
