Customer service was a big part of this role as I was required to be polite, presentable, and engaging with the clients. Another key role in this job was with organization. I often used my public speaking experience to educate large groups of people about the course outlines and degree structures, as well as taking them on tours of the facilities.

I worked alongside Fizzco Co. to design and create Christmas decorations (Live project at University). I prepared presentations and pitches to take to regular meetings with the clients. Adaptability was key with this experience; if the client wanted to tweak the design in any way, I had to be willing and available to do so for them - but also articulated enough to express my ideas to them in a way that they could easily visualize.
