Responsible for managing timely bi-weekly, multistate payrolls for 700+ employees using ADP Enterprise including terminations, rate changes and stock option exercises. Perform bi-weekly, quarterly and annual payroll closing tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and the review of Forms W-2 and wage and tax registers. Collaborate with colleagues across other departments (e.g. HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to implement new payroll practices and enhance current payroll practices.

Audit & approve employee travel & expense reimbursement requests in Deltek Time & Expense.Maintain employee procurement card accounts by auditing and approving transactions and allocation of purchases to GL.Monthly bank account reconciliation regarding travel and visa card accounts.Month end accrual for freight, travel, and procurement cards.Prepare/ upload monthly adjusting journal entries.Processing intercompany invoices and journal entries.Prepare intercompany cash receipts, journal entries, and accruals on a monthly basis.

Voucher, audit, and post AP, PO, and subcontract invoices in Costpoint (2-way & 3-way matches).Perform basic account reconciliation.Sort, match, & compare source documents in preparation of posting to subsidiary accounts.Accounts Payable month end accruals.Payment of online invoices via EPAY/ credit card payments.Acquire documents for internal and external auditors when needed, including DCAA.Vendor Maintenance on vendors for change of contact or payment methods.
