About Baylor Crews
I recently received my bachelors degree in Business Management from the Florida State University and will be entering the supply chain industry in June. I aspire to be better each day and I am eager to grow and learn as an individual. I am high on character and holding valuable characteristics that can benefit the workforce I am in as well as benefiting the people I work with. I was introduced to logistics last summer as a Carrier Sales Intern and I developed essential skills such as managing carrier profiles, negotiating rates, selling, and fostering relationships with carriers, particularly in booking temperature-controlled full truckloads. I will use management skills that I have learned from the Florida State University and apply it to both my work life and everyday life to help me grow as an individual. I look forward to working as a full time Sales Representative and I am eager to contribute to the success of BlueGrace Logistics.

This summer internship consisted of developing a portfolio of carriers to pick up and deliver loads that are provided by our customers. During this process, I built relationships and stayed in contact with both the drivers and dispatchers to make sure there was a smooth delivery. During this 12-week internship, I successfully booked 49 loads and produced.
