• Provide helpful and engaging, knowledgeable, accurate, responsive, and professional trading services to high net worth clients, including prompt and courteous completion of trade orders. via telephone, or electronic trade instructions, for equities, fixed income, options, FX and precious metals.• Proactively uncover opportunities to match client needs through effective communication and probing skills to help guide clients to available products and services offered by Direct Investing.• Accurately execute client instructions within defined authorities and ensure clients have required margins to meet trade settlement obligations.• Assist with setup of new investment accounts (personal and non-personal).• Assist clients with respective account administration requests (cash deposits and withdrawals, redemptions etc.)
