My career experience of over 3 decades in the FMCG industry and in private practice up to the senior management level has been helpful in developing multidisciplinary capabilities in areas like quality and production management, problem-solving and continual improvement, training and capability development, and management system implementation (Quality, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety). I have been privileged to work with different people, teams, and organizations that cut across industries like Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Agro Processing, Food Packaging, Power Generation, Construction, Maritime, etc. on capability development and management system implementation projects. I have also served at different times on teams responsible for policy formulation and facilitating improvement projects in different factories in Nigeria. One of the notable achievements in my career is being a recipient of the prestigious NBC Andrew David Award for excellence.
