I'm working in Assan Hanil as a R&D Test & Prototype Senior Specialist. I'm supporting to R&D activities acc to requirements. I provided services in GCS Test company performing, reporting and advancing type approval process for whole vehicle and component type approval tests in ECE Regulations, European Directives and similar regulations, reviewing the updates of the regulations and updating the test requirements for technical changes. Also I provided realization and reporting R&D tests and virtual analysis (CAE), making the necessary preparations for the tests planned to be performed, improvement, validation and verification of test methods. Previously I worked at BOLT Fastener Inc. I worked as a R&D engineer on determining the raw materials of the works within the scope of the project in line with the standards and carrying out the necessary studies to determine the problems that may arise from the raw materials during production and to minimize them. I also worked on determination of the process parameters of the heat treatment process and examination and evaluation of hardness, tensile strength, fiber flow and microstructure analyzes as a result of the heat treatment. Before all of this R&D practices I worked as a Heat Treatment - Surface Treatment Chief on planning and executing the heat treatment and surface treatment processes, making the necessary improvements and following up and recording. I also practiced on determining and planning the raw materials type and amoount of the products to be produced in the production program of the cold forming process. In addition to this I practiced on quality compliance of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products used or to be used in production in coordination with the quality department.
