Migration Management,Oversee all aspects of Migration Service of TRC ensuring that the process runs smoothly,Carry out a country-specific mapping and examination of the types of disasters stemming from migration occurring in Worldwide (specially the MENA region) due to which people may be forced to flee,Assess existing relevant national legal framework (including government decisions, migration laws, standard operational procedures (SOPs), regulations, MOUs, code of conduct and working agreements), guiding the preparedness for and response to humanitarian situations related with migration,Developing policies and projects/programmes based on the assessments on asylum seekers’ language, health, educational, and occupational needs, developing individual service plans to address needs and to achieve self-sufficiency goals,Conducting and monitoring programmes and projects of TRC serving the purpose of general and cultural orientation of asylum seekers in Turkey,Developing a strategy on proposals for funding of the programmes and projects,Evaluate existing policy framework, including regional, bi-lateral, national and local contingency plans and disaster risk reduction strategies guiding the command structure, cooperation and coordination among different governmental, as well as non-governmental stakeholders at times of crisis,Review capacities for setting up, managing and securing the needs of asylum seekers in temporary accommodation/transit centres at the border,Planning and Coordinating of Restoring Family Links Activities; Advising, commenting, assessingPolicy to decision makers; representing Society at national and international level; organizing and implementing training; Translation of international documents; organizing national and international meeting, conferences, panels, seminars; taking minutes of meetings;Other daily proceedings nationally and internationally
