In my business life, especially during the activities, I have carried out within the structure of Turkish Airlines for the last 9 years; The establishment of operational facilities in the New Istanbul Airport -the most prestigious Project in the world- to be put into service and to carry out the transportation of the airport, has been a very valuable success story for me.The budget of over multi-million dollars in the realization of these studies has been succeeded with; mandatory excellent teamwork, correct process management, strong stakeholder and interface management with good coordination of all parties, -under very tough time pressure- all operational facilities were completed on time and smooth transition to the New Airport is provided.
