Since 2007, Sarah has been consulting for Utah entrepreneurs to help create effective business plans and marketing/branding strategies. She has also worked on projects for the Impact Hub and tech startup ActivateAI based in Salt Lake City focusing on using social media technology to increase activism and community engagement. Some other projects include branding and marketing with Utah political candidates running for local, state, and national races.

~ Successfully branded and messaged content by combining graphic design and data analytics that were both appealing and educational~ Designed manuals and specialized toolkits to train nonprofits, educational institutions, and volunteers, on voter registration tactics

~ Created a grassroots organization with over 16k members since June 2015, 100% volunteer based~ Implemented key social media tactics to reach individuals locally and nationally, creating the infrastructure that brought 20k new registered Democrats to the party March 2016~ Built a nationally recognized grassroots org. by Fall 15’ as a result of structured and effective campaign strategies, leading the the second largest win for Bernie Sanders nationally

~ Created the organizing foundation which resulted in the 2nd largest presidental primary win in the nation, at 79%, for the national campaign. ~ Built and maintained relationships with local political and business leaders and grassroots organizations~ Trained all-volunteer staff, including field organizers, and state directors~ Created a National Delegate outreach program that prompted the entire legal team to fly out to Utah for the sole purpose of replicating Utah’s grassroots plan nationally

~ Field/Outreach organizer for the entire North, North East, and South East county's in the state~ Successfully brought in 200+ volunteers from across the country to canvas the last two weeks of the Nevada primary resulting in a landslide victory of rural counties

~ Developed, implemented, analyzed, and lead all software databases for a team of 450+ employees for an industrial construction company valued at over $65 million~ Tasked and successfully rebuilt GBI’s entire $20 Million equipment database three months before set deadline~ Created a strategic plan and training manual for time entry standards used by eld employees which allowed for GBI to track and maintain payroll electronically for the first time ever

~ Managed all PR/Design work for the Wyoming Division~ Coordinated with Project Managers to design, implement & manage projects ranging from 100k-$10 Million
