- Assist technical support staff in managing software and hardware used.- Assist IT Manager in planning and implementation in special project.- Assist in preparing technical and functional documentation for Application systems. - Respond to client requests in timely and accurate manner.- Perform root cause analysis of complex system problem and provide corrective actions.- Ensure all staff follow established standard and guidelines.- Provide administrative support and maintain in depth knowledge of company policy and procedure.- Responsible for the hardware and software inventory.- Prioritize incoming mails and reply to nontechnical inquiries.- Maintain an electronic library/fileserver.- Ensure all backup data running smoothly and also ensure if restore data can be implemented with fast- Prepare for hardware and software backup for disaster recovery.

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks- Communicate to other departments through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
