PROJECT CONSTRUCTION :- Construction of gorgeous Villa with Balinese style at Panbil - Batam AA (Signature - 900 sqm) : 2 unit BB1 (Nusa Dua - 600 sqm) : 4 unit BB2 (Nusa Dua - 600 sqm) : 6 unit BB2 (Seminyak - 400 sqm) : 4 unit- Construction of prestigious cafe & restaurant at Pasific place - Batam Sushi mentai (20x30)m Saveurs (15x30)mWith job description as follows:- Gaining an understanding of the owner's needs and requirements.- Devising ways to improve the construction process to ensure higher-quality result.- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.- Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement.- Plan and organize mockups and to ensure compliance to approved method statement.- Conduct monthly progress of construction work to achieve the target.- Preparing work agreement to sub-contractor.- Develop, gather, maintain, and/or submit work plans, submittals, reports, etc.- Ensure that subcontractors are aware of all project quality control- Bidding and screening project cost

CONSTRUCTION OF WWTP – 700 MPD- Preparing and detailing a workplan for project including providing S-Curve schedule.- Coordination to Project Manager and related department regarding the process and material needed.- Calculate and prepare addendum work and report to Project Manager.- Calculate the volume of work progress on site.- Prepare work order to contractor and sub-contractor.- Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review, analyze subcontractor quotes.- Supervise Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works in project.- Handling troubleshoots during the progress of the project.- Prepare expenses and expenditure budget for the project- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to Management and Owner.- Assist to prepare and provide shop drawings.- Conduct and maintain the Environment Health & Safety (K3) system.- Coordination with owner regarding all process related with progress onsite

INDUSTRIAL PARK – 32O Ha AREA- Prepare technical bidding documents- Segregate the Bill of Quantity items for sending queries to suppliers/vendors thru Procurement- Support vendor sourcing & selection- Supervise new construction work for factory building including infrastructure.- To monitor daily work to sub-contractor, especially for maintenance building.- To supervise project which are carried out by the Contractor and In-house worker- Ensuring building project management on schedule overseeing contractors and inspecting completed.- To assist Manager to provide a work report to Top Management.- To respond and follow up tenant feedbacks with the time target which has determined.- To create work procedures, maintain and review the SOP and work instruction.- To prepare and provide yearly Expenses and CAPEX budget with average budget ± 7 Billion Rupiah.- To control and maintain cash flow of daily & monthly expenditure.- To provide yearly workplan such as replacement, repainting & fair wear & tear works.- Conduct handing over and taking over building to or from tenant with the acceptable condition.- To control material used for daily routine work by providing a stock plan system.- As Management Representative of ISO committee ISO 9001 – 2015 & 14001 2015- As P2K3 committee in monitoring work safety.- Conduct and achieve the objective target and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) company.

HOUSING DEVELOPER- Prepare project cost (RAB & RAP) for housing development.- Provide material needs (RAM) for project implementation- Preparing time, manpower, and material schedule.- To control work progress within the time schedule which is determined.- To control the sub-ordinate running of the project as per task assignment.- To control material used in and out for project purposes.- Analyze and review all material needed before construction.- Prepare and process work opname. - Conduct a checklist after work is complete before submitting the invoice to Management.- As internal auditor for ISO 9001
