As a Civil Engineering graduate with nearly 4 years of experience, I've specialized in cost estimation, drafting, and reinforced concrete structural design. My career has spanned across diverse projects, including worship buildings, military facilities, educational institutions, and large-scale residential and commercial developments.I kicked off my journey as a Project Intern role at PT. Total Bangun Persada, where I contributed to the progress of a significant development project, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, while closely monitoring construction progress and shop drawings to ensure adherence to project schedules.Afterwards, I took on SB-301 Office, where I developed detailed engineering drawings, coordinated with architects, and ensured the smooth execution of projects by overseeing on-site construction. My role involved ensuring compliance with local regulations and pushing for optimal constructability.Since 2020, I’ve been working as a Freelance Architectural Draftsman and Building Cost Estimator, where I've managed detailed technical drawings for numerous projects, including a 10,000 sqm commercial building. My freelance experience has honed my ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (architects, contractors, etc.), and produce cost estimates that consistently meet client expectations.During my studies at Adhi Tama Surabaya Institute of Technology, I was actively involved in various student activities, serving as a Speaker for AutoCAD workshops in 2018 and 2019, where I shared insights on efficient drafting techniques. My undergraduate thesis focused on the Behavior and Performance Analysis of Diagrid Steel Structures at Various Angles in High-Rise Buildings, which sparked my interest in structural analysis and innovative design methods.Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, ETABS, SketchUp, and Excel, I’m also deeply passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and structural analysis.
