ROLES:- IT Project ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing local project in Indonesia and report directly to Country Manager and SENA (South East & North Asia) Head of PMO.- Managing project deliverable in-line with the project plan.- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.- Monitoring project progress and performance.- Providing status reports to the project sponsor.- Working closely with users / developers / vendors to ensure the project meets business needs.- Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing programme.EXPERIENCES:- Experience managing project using a plan-driven methodology (waterfall process) or value-driven methodology (iterative process).- Experience using online collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint.- Experience work in multiple organizations, location/time-zones.- Experience of business/client in one location & delivery team being offshore.- Experience in maintaining relationship with clients, negotiate with clients to satisfied their needs but also meet our objective as a company.
